Program operations enhancements: enrollment, lifecycle management, and eligibility

2 minute read

Running energy programs requires managing a lot of moving parts: eligibility rules, enrollment flows, participant experience, reporting, and the operational visibility to catch problems before they become member support calls. Over the past quarter, we've been building out the Programs Operations platform to handle more of that complexity for coops, OEMs, and TPOs.

This release covers updates to Programs shipped between January and April, spanning building and configuring programs, managing enrollments, and reporting and visibility.

As ever, you can follow along in real time at Release Notes | Texture Docs.

#Building and configuring programs

Texture: Configure program
Texture: Configure program

  • Program creation: Program creation now allows program admin to configure their program criteria with advanced requirements to advance through the enrollment process.
  • Logo upload and branded elements for enrollment forms: Enrollment forms now support self-service white-labeled branded moments, such as logo upload directly in the Brand & Header configuration.
  • Specify eligible manufacturers and device types: Program administrators can now configure device connection requirements to only allow specific manufacturers and device types. This enables more granular control over which devices patients can connect during enrollment flows.
  • Lifecycle preview on desktop and mobile: Program configuration now includes a live preview of how enrollment flows will appear to participants on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Smarter defaults for new program lifecycles: Texture programs support a configurable enrollment experience through a preset lifecycle include eligibility criteria and requirements at stages such as intake and qualification. The lifecycle model gives a modular approach to stand up new programs faster, with fewer broken enrollment paths.

#Managing enrollments

Texture: Enrollment funnel
Texture: Enrollment funnel

  • Transition management: condition-based routing between stages: Stage transitions are now fully configurable through the dashboard. You can create, edit, and delete transitions between program stages, set condition-based routing rules, and define default transitions, all without leaving the configuration interface.
  • Lifecycle enrollments funnel: The Programs section now includes a Lifecycle Enrollments funnel view with a searchable list and a detailed timeline visualization of each enrollment's lifecycle status. You can see exactly where every participant is in the flow.
  • Enrollment funnel visualization: The lifecycle enrollments page now includes an interactive funnel chart showing cumulative enrollment counts and drop-off rates between stages. Click a funnel stage to filter the table.
  • Audit trail for lifecycle enrollments: The enrollment detail page now includes an Event History panel with full visibility into evaluation results and stage transitions. Support engineers and operators can investigate enrollment issues without leaving the page.

#Reporting and visibility

  • rogram monitoring: Program administrators can now see the concentration and status of their enrolled assets. Easily identify which assets are online/offline, and those interacting with the grid.
  • CSV export for Event Performance and Device Participation reports: Both the Event Performance and Device Participation reports can now be exported as CSV files with program-specific filenames and timestamps. Take the data offline, share it with stakeholders, or drop it into your own analysis tools. —- That's everything.
