Subprocessors

Texture uses a small number of third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support delivery of the Services. These subprocessors may process Customer Data solely as necessary for Texture to provide the Services, and are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Current Subprocessors

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Service: Cloud hosting & infrastructure Location: United States Function: Storage, compute, networking, and data-processing infrastructure used to operate the Texture Platform.

Cloudflare

Service: CDN, DDoS protection, edge caching Location: United States Function: Protects and accelerates traffic to the Texture Platform.

Datadog

Service: Infrastructure & application monitoring Location: United States Function: Receives operational metrics, logs, and traces from platform components.

Elasticsearch

Service: Search infrastructure Location: United States Function: Indexes platform data to provide performant, faceted search. This includes daily device telemetry indices, retained for 60 days, and a device catalog index holding device and site attributes and current device state, used to serve search and analytical queries across the Texture Platform.

Knock

Service: Transactional & operational notification delivery Location: United States Function: Sends operational and account-related notifications triggered by the Texture Platform.

PostHog

Service: Product analytics Location: United States / EU Function: Collects usage metrics and event data to help improve user experience.

Sentry

Service: Application monitoring & error tracking Location: United States / EU Function: Receives error data and metadata about platform events in order to diagnose stability issues.

TigerData

Service: Time-series data processing & storage Location: United States Function: Processes and stores telemetry time-series data, including aggregations, used to operate the Texture Platform.

Vercel

Service: Frontend application hosting Location: United States Function: Hosts and serves the Texture web application. Customer Data is not stored at rest by Vercel; it transits the hosting layer and appears in request metadata and logs.
