SOLAREDGE 2025 DSGS REBATE PROGRAM

PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Program-Specific Terms and Conditions ("Program-Specific Terms") supplement the Texture DSGS Program General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms") and govern your participation in the SolarEdge 2025 DSGS Rebate Program ("Program"). This Program operates under the CEC's DSGS Incentive Option 3: Market-Aware Behind-the-Meter Battery Storage Pilot. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the General Terms.

The Program Sponsor for this DSGS Program is SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. ("SolarEdge"). SolarEdge has partnered with Texture to administer this Program for eligible SolarEdge customers.

The Aggregator for this Program is Leapfrog Power, Inc. ("Leap"), who will interface with the California Energy Commission for DSGS program participation on behalf of Texture and SolarEdge.

2. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

In addition to the eligibility requirements in the General Terms, to participate in this Program:

You must own or lease a compatible SolarEdge Energy Hub Inverter and Battery System
Your Battery System must be installed and commissioned in California
Your Battery System must have a minimum usable capacity of 5 kWh
You must not be enrolled in any other DSGS program with the same Battery System
Your Battery System must be connected to the internet and capable of remote communication
You must be a customer in good standing with both SolarEdge and your utility provider

3. PROGRAM DURATION

This Program runs from May 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025. SolarEdge may, at its discretion, extend or terminate the Program with notice to participants.

4. BATTERY CONTROL PARAMETERS

For this Program, Texture will:

Maintain a minimum of 20% battery reserve level at all times for backup purposes
Only schedule discharge events during designated DSGS Demand Response periods
Optimize battery operation to minimize cycling and degradation

5. COMPENSATION

5.1 Reward Structure

For your participation in this Program, you will receive a one-time $100 gift card upon completion of the 2025 DSGS season (after October 31, 2025), subject to the following conditions:

Your Battery System must remain enrolled in the Program for the entire season
Your Battery System must successfully participate in at least 50% of the Demand Response Events for which it is scheduled
Your Battery System must maintain internet connectivity throughout the Program period

5.2 Reward Issuance

Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided during enrollment within 60 days after the Program end date, through Tremendous, our gift card distribution platform. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address with Texture. If your email address changes, please notify Texture by sending an email to dsgs@texturehq.com. The gift card will expire 180 days after issuance.

5.3 Revenue Allocation and Overrides

You acknowledge and agree that:

The $100 gift card is the sole compensation you will receive for your participation in the Program
The $100 gift card amount is fixed regardless of how many Demand Response Events occur or how much grid support your Battery System provides

5.3.1 Effect of Overrides on Compensation

If you override Texture's control of your Battery System during Demand Response Events:

If your overrides result in Texture receiving less than $100 in revenue (after the Aggregator's fees) attributable to your Battery System's participation, you may not be eligible to receive the full $100 gift card
Excessive overrides may result in complete disqualification from receiving any compensation
Texture reserves the right to reduce your compensation proportionally based on the impact of your overrides on program revenue

In addition to the data sharing described in the General Terms, for this Program:

Performance data from your Battery System will be shared with SolarEdge
SolarEdge may use this data to improve its products and services
Anonymized aggregated performance data may be used by SolarEdge for marketing purposes

7. TERMINATION

7.1 Early Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the Program before October 31, 2025:

You may not be eligible for the $50 gift card reward
Your Battery System will be returned to normal operation

7.2 Re-enrollment

If you withdraw from the Program, you may not be eligible to re-enroll until the next Program year.

9. RELATIONSHIP TO GENERAL TERMS

These Program-Specific Terms are incorporated into and supplement the General Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Program-Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Program-Specific Terms shall control with respect to this Program.
